Principals are reporting unprecedented levels of mental health concerns, behaviour issues and violence. With student attendance at all time lows, parent's complaints escalating and schools struggling to retain educators., something needs to change before things get worse.

“Suicide rates among young Australians are at their highest level in 10 years, despite a range of prevention strategies and government investment" and Orygen, a youth mental health service,, found the system is not working and a new mental wellbeing and suicide prevention strategy for young people is needed. All of this research was conducted before the pandemic, threats of world war and the current cost of living crisis.
Now mental health providers are reporting long waitlists as demand for services soars.
What if there is a more effective way?

Our team of transformational life coaches at Calibrate have developed an innovative range of mental wellbeing and resilience programs that are fun, highly engaging and effective.
With teens often reluctant to engage with support, our universal program helps students experientially discover and test out their own ‘problem solving super powers’ in the privacy of their own minds.
The anonymous data collected in these sessions provide valuable insights that enable us to assess risks and provide you and your students with additional targeted support.
Furthermore, our ‘teen life coach’ program provides your student leaders with some of the most effective life coaching tools, skills, and mindsets that effectively solve many social, emotional and relationship problems, to better support themselves and their peers.
With these new coaching skills, teens focus on developing resilience amongst their peers, often resolving small issues before they become bigger, more serious, mental health and behavioural issues.

The training was worth every cent. Student voice in our scool has increased significantly, our teen coaches actively seek out students to support and their emotional intelligence has grown enormously. This has added a highly valued layer of wellbeing support for our students in our school.
It was an invaluable program that develops students' emotionlal intelligence and leadership skills. Students gain valuable knowledge and insight that will enrich the school and wider community, making them wiser human beings.

It helped me set up a new mindset like how problems are not as difficult as your thought it would be.
Problems aren't the end of the world - there is always something that can solve your problem.
It was an enjoyable experience being exposed to different situations and the different methods to deal with it.
It was great how everyone could give their own opinions on their laptop then you could see everyone's on the smart board.
There's a solution to every problem and that problems actually improve yourself in the future.
I liked the presenter's passion and dedication for improving the mental health of teenagers across schools.
Be curious about your problem instead of avoiding it.
I learned to stay calm and look for solutions.
That you should ask for help when you need it.
Made me take time to think outside the box.
It was helpful but I still need help.
It was inspiring.
