
Hi, I'm Julie-Anne Morgan, the founder of Calibrate, and I know for certain that every problem has a solution.
Back in 2004, during an incredibly tough time in my life, I experienced an extraordinary epiphany that dramatically improved everything. Almost immediately, I recovered from anxiety and depression, repaired my broken marriage, secured a new and exciting role, and more than double my income.
It was this truly transformational experience that started me on a quest to discover how problems are actually solved. Over the following years, I studied and practiced a wide variety of therapies and life coaching methodologies, including Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Surprisingly, I discovered that every problem can be solved, when we know how!!
In these 20 years, as a Transformational Life Coach and Trainer, it has been my humble privilege to share with thousands of people, the mindset, strategies and skills that effectively solve almost any problem, so they too can create their best life.

Since we are all in control of our own mind, we are therefore in control of our own life and results.
While the vast majority of my clients achieve exceptional results, there are a few who are simply not ready for change, and that is absolutely ok. We always respect their choices and are happy to recommence coaching if/when they are ready.
Yes, I offer both face-to-face and online life coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.
Face-to-face sessions are currently available on Saturdays at Macquarie Natural Therapies in Bathurst, New South Wales.
The number and frequency of coaching sessions depends on you, your goals and your budget. Some clients prefer to accelerate their progress as quickly as possible with intensive half or full day sessions, while others prefer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions.
Packages are available for clients who prefer longer term coaching.
